Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the unused item to us in its original condition and in its original gift box (if supplied) within 14 days of receipt in order to be able to exchange for something else. You will be responsible for paying the postage costs to and from newborngift.com.au and for ensuring the item is adequately insured and traceable.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged, please contact us within 28 days to let us know and we will arrange a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) or exchange and provide you with instructions for returning the item. This is all in addition to your statutory rights.
Please do not post items back to newborngift.com.au without contacting us first so we can give you a returns number.
