We cannot accept responsibility for goods that can’t be delivered. If the recipient is not home the parcel will be taken back to the nearest Australia Post outlet and a card will be left for them detailing where and when it can be picked up.
We cannot refund delivery costs. If the item is a new baby gift, and you are unsure if the recipient will be at home, we can send the goods to you instead.
We can deliver your baby gift to the hospital where the baby is born, but please note it is now possible for mum to be discharged after staying only one night, so be sure to check she will still be on the ward when your baby gift box is delivered. Use our delivery guide as a reference. Be sure to include the room number so that the parcel can be delivered straight to Mum otherwise it will be left at the nearest nurses' station for one of the midwives to deliver later.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship Internationally. However, if you live overseas you can purchase a baby gift for a friend or relative living in Australia.
Please note: Due to software limitations, the 'billing address' at the checkout process is defaulted to Australia. You will not be able to put in your country and local postcode. However, our invoices are sent via email to the email address you supply, so it really does not matter what address you enter. Simply choose Australia and enter postocde 4000 and the system will bypass this stage. It is important to enter the correct Australian address in the 'shipping address' section though. In this section you should enter the address of your friend or relative in Australia who will be receiving the baby gift. For help with the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
